The Challenge

As part of their growth strategy, the client implemented Salesforce to streamline operations, but faced several challenges due to the new system installation:

  1. Lack of Custom Branding and App Integration: The Salesforce environment needed to be aligned with the company’s existing corporate style, which was not yet reflected in the out-of-the-box Salesforce setup.
  2. Tracking App Details: The client required a centralized system to record and manage detailed information about the apps they developed for their customers.
